The Powerbox Group focus on core business - divest Italian subsidiary
Powerbox International AB has agreed with Bel Fuse Inc (NASDAQ:BELFA, NASDAQ:BELFB) to sell two of its subsidiaries in Italy, Powerbox Italia SrL and Powerbox Design SrL.
The Italian subsidiary Craftec Italia SrL will remain in the Powerbox Group and is expected to continue its successful expansion of the business on the Italian market.
